On Sunday Sep 27, 2009 at around 11:30AM the annual ceremony was held as promised in 1953. A Parade came down Bremer street from the west and turned onto Reed Street. It was a cool rainy day with a moderate turnout of people. After the ceremony I got to go inside the box car where I took more photos.
